The soundtrack for the seminal 1988 anime film Akira is getting an official vinyl release in September. Akira, the best movie ever made about psychic children & inspiration for the one true king of all Kanye West music videos, has never had an official vinyl OST release before. The double LP set is pressed on 180g vinyl & includes a digital download code. It should drop on September 15th of this year, so you can zone out to the jarring, sparse vibes of the set very, very soon.
